The registration deadline has been reached. It is no longer possible to register for the FASE Basic Course and/or Symposium.
Registration Fees
Registration fees for the FASE basic course include:
- Full access to all lectures and practicals in the course
- Teaching material
- Lunch and coffee/tea breaks
Registration fees for the symposium include:
- Full attendance of the symposium
- Lunch and coffee/tea breaks
Gala dinner
- A Gala dinner will be organized on Friday evening, August 30. Participants attending the FASE basic course as well as those only attending the symposium can register for the dinner.
Payment
After registration you will receive an invoice for the costs associated with your registration. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.
A spot for attendance of the FASE Basic Course and/or Symposium will only be reserved and guaranteed once full payment of the invoice has been received.
Should you not receive the invoice within 10 working days after registration, please contact us by sending an e-mail to FASE2024@amsterdamumc.nl.
Cancellation policy
Paid registration fees will be fully refunded in case of cancellation before June 15, 2024.
For cancellations received between June 15 – August 4, an administration fee of 50,- Euro will be charged.
Cancellations received after August 4 will not be refunded.
